Research within KHeaT
My research interests include the future of work, (digital) leadership, and incentives and motivation from an economic perspective. In close cooperation with partners from science and practice, I design (digital) leadership, communication, and cooperation strategies. I am also interested how (monetary) incentives and informational flows impact behavior and trigger a change to better living habits. For example, my work shows which communication strategies and media channels digital leaders should use to change behavior. Furthermore, I study ethical behavior and selected aspects of gender equality.
I apply an interdisciplinary approach and combine organizational and personnel economic approaches with methods from experimental economics. In addition to classical economic laboratory experiments, I conduct field experiments and randomized controlled trials.
