Materials for 3D Bioprinting of Tissues
Large tissue printing requires pressure compatible materials as well as vascularization and a relatively fast 3D bioprinting process of either extrusion printing or laser based technologies such as light sheet xolography. Extrusion printing of large cartiladge structures from our ultrafast curing gelatin- based bioinks and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) for heart valves, that were implanted in mice and explanted to analyze the form stability.
